How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
We offer two shipping options for U.S. orders, detailed in our Shipping Policy:
Standard Shipping: FREE with a total delivery time of 3–5 business days (0-day handling time + 3–5 days transit time).
Expedited Shipping: $4.99 USD with a total delivery time of 2–3 business days (0-day handling time + 2–3 days transit time).

Do you ship to America?
Yes we do.We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Contact our customer service team immediately via WhatsAppor email at amelia@plaidplain.co. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and can arrange a replacement or refund as needed—your satisfaction is our priority.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

How can I track my package once it’s shipped?
You’ll receive email notifications from amelia@plaidplain.co when your order ships (with tracking number), so you can track online via your account dashboard or Track Your Order.
What if I’m not home when the package is delivered?
Carriers may leave packages at the address or a pickup point—check tracking for instructions.
